truckerspro.net is the Driver Files product and resource site operated by TruckerPro. This public website does not host driver documents or carrier operational records.

When you request an account or introduction, we collect your name, company, email, optional phone number and message, operating country, selected plan, request type, and the source page. We use these details to respond, arrange your introduction, or set up your account manually. Submitting a request does not book a meeting, create an account, or authorize a payment.

Requests and email notifications

Requests are stored privately on Cloudflare and sent through Resend to garry@truckerpro.ca. We also retain submission timestamps, a hashed network identifier, and delivery events to prevent abuse and troubleshoot delivery. We do not use form details in analytics or send an automatic marketing subscription. Please do not submit driver documents or sensitive personal information.

Contact garry@truckerpro.ca to ask about your information or request a correction. We retain request records for introductions, account setup, and support; we review privacy requests individually. If you become a customer, the applicable product terms are confirmed during setup. Your records may be processed in the United States or other countries where Cloudflare and Resend operate.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which guides people find useful. It sets Google Analytics cookies and sends Google your IP address, page URL, referrer and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you personally, and form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. This site does not collect driver records.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site. Analytics does not run on non-production copies of the site.
